Title: Towards Emergence and Development of Embodied Humanoid Cognition
Abstract:
We are exploring how human cognition emerges and develops
from interaction of the body, the environment and the neural system. Our current
focus is on development of imitation abilities, including, categorical action
recognition and control, context guided recognition, dynamic attention, "knack"
points in dynamic motion, body-schema.
Experiments with our full-body dynamic humanoid and neural models are presented.
